2012

Foundation and Focus on Java Programming

MaH Quests Enterprises was founded with a strong focus on Java programming. The company quickly established itself as a specialist in this field, providing software solutions tailored to various industries, including telecommunications, financial services, and healthcare. This foundation set the stage for future growth in both the technology and training sectors.

2013

Oracle Gold Partner Status

MaH Quests achieved Oracle Gold Partner status, cementing its reputation in enterprise-level technology solutions. This partnership allowed the company to leverage Oracle’s advanced technologies and expand its service offerings, particularly in cloud services, database management, and middleware.

2014

Specialization as Oracle Gold Partner

Building on the previous year’s achievements, MaH Quests became an Oracle Gold Specialising Partner with certifications in Java, WebLogic, and Enterprise Manager. This specialization enabled the company to offer more comprehensive solutions, including advanced Java applications, robust middleware, and enterprise management systems.

2015

Launch of Youth Training Programs

Recognizing the need for skills development in the ICT sector, MaH Quests launched youth training programs aimed at empowering over 10,000 unemployed youth. These programs focused on IT, programming, coding, and vendor-specific training, helping bridge the skills gap and create opportunities for young people across Africa.

2016

Expansion of Training Programs in Collaboration with Major Partners

The company expanded its youth training initiatives in partnership with major industry players like Vodacom and Oracle, and introduced IBM Certifications. This collaborative effort enhanced the reach and impact of its training programs, providing certifications recognized by top tech companies.

2017

Securing Key Contracts

MaH Quests secured an Oracle License and Support contract with Liquid Telecommunications, marking a significant milestone in its growth. This contract underscored the company’s capability to provide high-level support and solutions to large enterprises, further boosting its profile in the ICT sector.

2018

Microsoft and AWS Cloud Journey Begins

Recognizing the growing importance of cloud technologies, MaH Quests embarked on a strategic journey with Microsoft and AWS to enhance its cloud service offerings. This move expanded the company’s capabilities in cloud migration, data analytics, and managed services, positioning it at the forefront of cloud innovation.

2019

Digital Migration Project for SMMEs

In collaboration with Liquid Telecommunications, MaH Quests launched a funded Digital Migration project aimed at 20 small, medium, and micro enterprises (SMMEs). This initiative provided digital tools and strategies to help SMMEs transition to a more digital-focused operation, increasing their competitiveness and resilience.

2020

Response to the COVID-19 Pandemic

In response to the COVID-19 crisis, MaH Quests developed the ThusaSechaba App in partnership with civil society organizations. The app was designed to support communities by connecting them with essential resources and services, demonstrating the company’s commitment to social impact and innovation.

2021

Development of Monitoring and Evaluation Tools

The company developed a web-based Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) app for the Department of Social Development and the Solidarity Fund. This tool enabled more effective tracking and management of social programs, reflecting MaH Quests’ growing role in providing digital solutions for social good.

Celebrating a Decade of Service

Marking its 10th anniversary, MaH Quests celebrated a decade of innovation and impact. The company continued its dedication to youth development by launching new training programs funded by Liquid Intelligent Technologies, furthering its mission to empower the next generation of African tech leaders.

2023

Continued Investment in Youth Training

Building on previous successes, MaH Quests secured additional funding from Liquid Intelligent Technologies to provide further training for unemployed youth and school children. These programs were designed to equip participants with critical ICT skills, preparing them for future careers in technology.

2024

Pivot Toward 4IR Technologies

With a focus on the future, MaH Quests pivoted towards Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) technologies and digital transformation. This strategic shift positions the company to lead in emerging fields like AI, machine learning, and IoT, aligning with its vision of driving digital transformation across Africa.

With a Bachelor of Social Sciences from the University of the Free State, Nomfazwe is passionate about leveraging technology to create humanitarian impact. Her extensive experience in the field has driven her commitment to transforming lives through technology. For the past seven years, she has played a key role at MaH Quests Enterprises as a project manager, overseeing national youth training programs, managing stakeholder relations, and ensuring high-quality training with vendor certifications.
