This notice explains how MaH Quests Enterprises (Pty) Ltd collects and uses personal information through this website, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

- Basic technical information our web server records, such as IP address and browser type, for security.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and provide the information or services you asked about.
- To keep this website secure and prevent abuse.
We do not sell personal information, use advertising trackers on this website, or send marketing without your consent.
How long we keep it
Website enquiries are kept for 12 months and then deleted automatically, unless they lead to a contract or an ongoing working relationship. In that case the information becomes part of our client records and is kept for as long as the law requires, usually five years after the relationship ends for financial and tax records.
Who we share it with
Only our own staff and the service providers who host this website and our email, under confidentiality obligations.
Your rights
You may ask whether we hold your personal information, and ask to see, correct or delete it, or object to its use. We will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa: inforegulator.org.za, POPIAComplaints@inforegulator.org.za.
