1. Microsoft Website Migration:
Inqaba’s website was initially hosted on a cPanel domain with limited flexibility and security features. We migrated the website to a Microsoft Azure domain, providing a robust, scalable platform that improved the site’s speed, security, and reliability. This migration also aligned with their strategic shift toward a more secure and manageable cloud environment.
2. Microsoft Office 365 Migration:
Inqaba’s communication systems were outdated, relying on IMAP/POP-based email services that lacked integration with modern tools. We transitioned their entire organization to Microsoft Office 365, providing access to the full suite of productivity tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, and Calendar. The migration enabled seamless collaboration among team members, centralized data storage, and improved information security. Additionally, ERP functionalities were integrated, enhancing their resource management and operational efficiency.
3. Development of ReachSA Software:
To better manage a R54 million project funded by the Solidarity Fund, we developed a custom software solution, ReachSA. This application enabled Inqaba to track data for thousands of households receiving food parcels from Social Development personnel. ReachSA automated data collection, reporting, and analysis, significantly reducing manual errors and time spent on administrative tasks. The solution also provided real-time dashboards, enhancing transparency and accountability to the Solidarity Fund.
4. Full Digital Process Transformation:
We undertook a complete digital transformation of Inqaba Yokulinda’s internal processes. This included automating workflows, digitizing data management, and integrating cloud-based tools for real-time reporting. These improvements enabled Inqaba to operate more efficiently, reducing operational costs, and increasing their capacity to impact more youth.
